Baby Hamper Delivery Information
Once you have selected your baby hamper/s please proceed to the checkout and use the selection menu for delivery charges. There is a flat $10 delivery fee for the Sydney Metropolitian Area, please click on the delivery selection drop down box and select Sydney to include the delivery fee.
If you wish to send your hamper outside the Sydney Metropolitian Area, please contact us for the delivery cost for the destination of your hamper.
If your baby gift hamper requires re-delivery due to any reason as outlined below there will be a re-delivery fee charged directly to you before the hamper is re-delivered so please follow our delivery instructions as outlined your co-operation will ensure a smooth transaction
Delivery is within Australia only
Delivery takes place during normal business hours Monday to Friday, From a Mother to Another do not deliver on Weekends or Public Holiday's so please keep this in mind when placing your orders. Delivery to Sydney Metropolitan Areas are generally the next business day but this unfortunately cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances that may arise that we cannot control so please keep this in mind when placing your order. Of course we will do everything within our capabilities to get your hampers to you as fast as possible.
Delivery Australia wide depends on where the hamper is being sent, please allow up to 10 days for delivery to ensure your baby hampers arrive when you need them. Please contact us for the delivery price outside of Sydney Metropolitian Area.
Important Delivery Information
Please when making an order supply us with a daytime delivery address where there will be someone reliable to receive the hamper e.g. a business address as the delivery company will not unless specifically instructed by you using the signed attached Specific Delivery Instruction Form, leave the baby hamper without someone accepting delivery.
In the case of no-one accepting delivery, the delivery company will leave a calling card and then it is up to you to organize re-delivery of your baby hamper/s. If this is to occur there will be a re-delivery fee charged to you.
From a Mother to Another accepts no liability or responsibility for the delivery process once the hamper has left our premises.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure you enter all your delivery information carefully and clearly so there is no confusion. Please enter all address details including the full recipient address including the full name of person receiving the gift hamper, if applicable company name, unit number if applicable, street number, street name and post code.
(If you have any other specific address information that will assist in delivery, please enter this also).
A re-delivery fee will be charged to you by the delivery company if re-delivery is to occur due to incorrect address details. From a Mother to Another accepts no liability or responsibility for incorrect address delivery information supplied.
If your baby hamper is late, please contact From a Mother to Another immediately so we can contact the delivery company to ensure the delivery occurs as soon as possible. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of the late delivery of your hamper/s as once it leaves our premises we don't track it unless advised to.
Delivery to Hospitals
Please ensure your recipient has enough time to receive their gift hamper before checking out. Some hospitals pass incoming items through a security checks/mail room registers so keep this in mind when sending baby hampers to the hospital. Once the hamper has been signed for, From a Mother to Another and our delivery service accept no responsibility in ensuring the baby hamper has been passed onto the recipient and cannot control the time frame as to when the particular hospital staff pass the hamper onto the recipient. Delivery to a work or home address where someone reliable is able to receive the hamper is always advisable.
Sorry we can't deliver to PO Boxes. Unfortunately we cannot accept a specified delivery time (e.g. 3pm) so please ensure you enter your delivery address details keeping this in mind. If there is no - one available at the delivery address given and there have been no specific instructions left as to where to leave the baby hamper, the delivery company will leave a calling card and it will be up to you the customer to arrange re-delivery and this will incur a re-delivery fee. If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 2 days (48 Hours) before your hamper/s are due to be dispatched. We at From a Mother to Another cannot accept a cancellation after the hamper/s have left our premises.
